-Newsworthy Moment and Challenges-

Over the week, voters and news agencies have begun to question as to whether or not Bernie Sanders is sexist. In a recent event, Clinton had quoted a moment in which Bernie made a comment about her "shouting" about gun violence, in which case she replied by saying, "It's just, when women talk, some people think we are shouting." It is still up in the air as to whether he really is sexist or not, but the controversy being caused by this may end up becoming a challenge for Sanders to face in the weeks to come.

  1. I think that is the hardest part when running for a high position. People will start to judge and think different ideas and start giving u an image. I believe Sander being called sexist is really all an opinion and it all depend on people if they want to believe that or not.

  2. Personally, I don't think Bernie Sanders was being sexist. Things are just getting twisted. Bernie is one of the few that aren't sexist.

  3. Things like this put into perspective just how much presidential candidates are scrutinized. Every one of their remarks can be taken out of context. He might has just over-exaggerated to make his point clear.

  4. I've been told that people may lie in order to get the upper hand in elections, and that media lies all the time. In my opinion, I believe bernie is innocent.

  5. I totally agree with Tanya because every little comment and opinion the candidates put out, the public will somehow use those statement and twist, take them out of context and over-exaggerate them.

  6. I don't see how that makes a difference in his presidency. I think Bernie isn't sexist he would of said it straight up.

  7. I seriously doubt that he could be considered sexist, especially when compared to other candidates.

  9. Bernie has a well reputation, and I too believe that he is innocent. Many times such small remarks can be interpreted wrong.

  11. This seems like one of those things that people say quickly and then it gets blown out of proportion by someone trying to make him look bad.

  12. Candidates say many things and just because they are running for president I believe they get judged more severely. He has never been accused of being sexist and just because of a small remark he said does not mean he is. People just take things to seriously when a campaign runner says things that may or may not be bias.
